1. We recommend that the maximum power range for connecting solar panels to each PV input is between 350W and 600W.

Can I use solar panels from other brands with the Hyper 2000?

Yes, other brands are compatible. Make sure the power range of each panel is between 350W and 600W and the voltage range is between 15V and 55V. Exceeding 55V may permanently damage the Hyper 2000.


My solar panels are 210W, below the recommended 350-600W. Can I still use them with the Hyper 2000?

Yes. If your solar panels have a lower power (100-350W), you can connect 2-3 panels per PV input in parallel, as long as the Voc of each panel is between 15V and 55V. This setup works fine.

Through the Zendure app, you can set the desired AC output power: - If the solar power exceeds the set AC output, the surplus will be used to charge the battery. - If the solar power is below the AC output, the battery will supplement the power needs of the house to reach the set output. - At night, the battery will discharge to supply the house with power.

If you want a discharge power above 800W, we recommend having a professional assess the setup. Without technical knowledge it is difficult to determine the load on the circuit, which can pose safety risks.


When does the Hyper 2000 automatically switch to charge mode in Smart-CT mode to store excess solar energy?

The Hyper 2000 will automatically switch to charge mode when it detects that the energy generated by the solar system exceeds 80W and this condition persists for one minute. The excess energy will then be stored, taking into account a safety margin of 50W to prevent energy waste during charging. This ensures efficient use of excess energy and minimizes losses.
