Starting January 1, 2025, orders placed through be.zendure.com will be delivered from local warehouses within 3 to 7 days. Pre-ordered products will be shipped according to the shipping date listed on the "PDP" product page.
We currently deliver to the following countries: most EU countries such as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Description of delivery
- Free standard delivery.
- Express shipping is not available to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping time does not include your order processing time, which is 1-3 days before shipment.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
- Track your parcel via the tracking platform.
- We do our best to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, additional time may be required if there are issues with the delivery address or customs clearance.
- With high order volumes, shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there are significant delays, we will contact you by email.
- If your order has not arrived after more than 21 days, please contact us. We recommend contacting customer service within 180 days of the purchase date.
- Zendure is not responsible for package loss if a virtual address or an incorrect address is used. The detailed house number must be provided to guarantee delivery.
- Please note that customs clearance may be required for shipments to countries and regions outside of Germany. It is your responsibility to handle the procedure and associated costs. We do not offer customs clearance services, but our team can assist you if you have any questions or need advice.
- Also, pay attention to emails from customs and respond with the necessary documents to ensure timely delivery. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to sender.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How will my order be shipped?
Answer: International Express (DHL/EMS/FEDEX/USPS, etc.) and Amazon FBA are our logistics partners for Zendure products. They will make some shipping decisions based on what's best for our customers.
Question: I ordered multiple items. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
Answer: We try to ensure all items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products don't ship simultaneously because we use different shipping methods, depending on the product type. Once an item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Question: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?
Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot change shipping details once the product is in transit.
Question: What should I do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?
Answer: Please contact customer service through the Help Center .
Question: How many packages does the customer receive after purchasing SolarFlow?
Answer: The PV hub and battery are shipped separately.

They can be delivered simultaneously or separately. If you haven't received all your packages within a week, please contact us.
