Terms and Conditions - Black Friday 2025
The Black Friday Deals run from October 20 to December 7, 2025. Zendure reserves the right to shorten or extend the promotion period at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
This promotion is available to all users of be.zendure.com and to all EU citizens aged 18 and over.

II. Detailed promotion conditions
1. You will only receive the corresponding gifts when you purchase specific promotional packages.
Example: When purchasing SolarFlow 2400 AC + 2*AB3000X Battery Pack you will receive a Smart Meter P1, but when purchasing SolarFlow 800 + 2*AB2000X you will not receive a Smart Meter P1.
2. After the order with gift has been shipped, gifts can only be exchanged or returned in case of quality problems.
3. Gift certificates are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
4. Gifts may be shipped later than regular orders. Zendure reserves the right to determine the final outcome of this promotion.
5. All promotional gifts will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
6. When returning an order, the gift must be included. If the gift is not returned, Zendure will charge the value of the gift.
7. During promotional periods, all promotional prices are considered bundled package prices. If a customer requests a refund for such a package, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportions of the individual item prices within the package, or the entire package will be refunded. If a discount code was used for an item in the order, the proportional portion of the discount on that item will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to this promotion.

2. To the extent legally permitted, Zendure reserves the right to amend these rules or cancel the promotion. In the event of fraud or abuse, Zendure reserves the right to refuse participation.
3. Participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that Zendure's decisions are final and binding. No letters or objections will be accepted. Zendure reserves the right to determine the final outcome of this promotion.
4. During the promotion, all orders must comply with Zendure's purchase agreement and return policy.
5. This promotion does not apply to orders from wholesalers or distributors.
6. Unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Zendure reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or modify this promotion. Any changes will be published on Zendure's official website.
9. Gifts are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Zendure reserves the right to make final decisions regarding items not listed.
10. Zendure is not liable for delays for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission errors.
11. Zendure is not liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by any party (including participants) in connection with this promotion.
12. Participants agree to release Zendure from all liabilities and claims arising out of or relating to this promotion or participation, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other legal basis.
