By participating in this promotion, you agree to the promotional terms and conditions below.

1. Availability of promotional gifts

All promotional gifts are available while supplies last and are allocated based on the time of payment ("first come, first served").

Due to high demand, promotional gifts may be shipped separately from the main product. As a result, delivery times for gifts may differ from those of the main products.

If a customer decides to cancel or return an already shipped order solely due to a temporary delay in the delivery of a promotional gift, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in accordance with Zendure's return policy.

If the product has already been used, a depreciation charge may be applied in accordance with the applicable return policy.

2. Participation in the promotion

This promotion, including any “€1 deals,” free products, and promotional benefits, is only valid for orders that have been added to the shopping cart via the designated official promotional pages and successfully paid for.

Orders placed via non-participating product pages or where the promotion was not correctly applied due to user error are not eligible for additional compensation, re-issuance of gifts, or other promotional benefits.

Participating promotional pages include, but are not limited to:

• Zendure Prime Day promotional page
• Selected product pages that explicitly refer to this promotion

Zendure reserves the right to determine which pages are covered by the promotion.

3. Return and exchange policy for promotional gifts

Promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged separately, unless there is a demonstrable quality defect.

When a main product is returned, the accompanying promotional gift must also be returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

If the gift is not returned or is no longer in a sellable condition, Zendure reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the amount to be refunded.

4. Limitations on promotional benefits

Promotional gifts, discounts, loyalty points (such as ZenWatts), and other promotional benefits:

• are non-transferable;
• cannot be redeemed for cash;
• cannot be used to offset other orders;
• are not eligible for separate refunds.

Promotional benefits apply exclusively to the specific order for which they were provided.

5. Combination of promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions, discount codes, vouchers, loyalty rewards, and other special offers cannot be combined.

Zendure reserves the right to apply the most favorable or applicable offer in the event of conflicting promotions.

6. Scope of application

This promotion is only valid for private end-users who place an order via the official Zendure web shop.

The promotion is not valid for:

• wholesalers;
• resellers;
• distributors;
• business customers purchasing products for resale.
